If it is determined that the issue requires tools or hardware unavailable on-site, we will take the machine back to our shop where it will be returned in less than 24 hours. You will be billed the same flat fee regardless if the work is completed on-site or returned in 24 hours.

Remote Support

Remote Support is offered to returning customers experiencing issues. You can open a program provided by our technicians that will allow us to temporarily access your computer from our shop and assist you with any persisting issues.
